I was wondering if I publish a level, can I unpublish it then tweak it, then republish it? Will the reviews, hears, smile/frowns be retained or does it start over? | 2011-02-08 06:53:00 Author: Gutz ![]() Posts: 175 |
If you publish a level, then tweak it in create mode and when you publish it (to update) put it on exactly the same spot as the original one. It should say 'Overwrite' around the level gate. Pressing that overwrites the level content, but you keep all your plays, hearts, etc. If you delete the level off your planet (not the create moon) then republish it you lose all the plays, hearts, etc. You can always lock the level so no-one can go on it without a key and then update it, unlock it and republish. ![]() Or if you delete it off your create moon I THINK it stays on your planet. I kept all my LBP1 levels on my planet when I couldn't import my LBP1 files. If that happens copy it back to your moon on a secluded place and you can get cracking on new levels with your old ones out of the way. ![]() | 2011-02-08 07:04:00 Author: mutant_red_peas ![]() Posts: 516 |

I don't know as I don't go on the PSP version much (except on long car journeys ![]() Maybe in the PSP version you lose hearts, stars and plays, but because of what was included by Mm in terms of Overwriting, it's probably a different system in LBP PSP from LBP1 and 2. ![]() | 2011-02-15 20:43:00 Author: mutant_red_peas ![]() Posts: 516 |
Does it work for the psp i tryed it and it deleted the hearts and the stars.... What did i do wrong Nothing. This only applies to the PS3 versions. PSP version always clears stats upon republishing. | 2011-02-15 22:32:00 Author: Aya042 ![]() Posts: 2870 |
