Spawning outside of camera range??

Is there a way to make sackfolk spawn into the map after they die, even if the camera is out of range???? I'm trying to make a run&gun shooter but I don't want the players to be able to see the checkpoint they're spawning out of. I want the camera to be in a fixed position and the checkpoint to be just above the camera so it can't be seen, but I still want it to spawn sackfolk when they die (not when all the players died). I have other ideas if this doesn't work (like covering it up with scenery and stuff) but it would be really simple and easier for me if it let me do this. Not the way you want it to, but if you have a creatinator you can control sackbots off the screen. This way, you can emit a new sackbot when one is destroyed and walk THAT onto the screen.
