Place an impact/collision sensor on it, wired to a score giver? This method doesn't register bounces that aren't head on a lot of the time, I've been using a small bit of invisible holo sticking out from the bounce pad with the impact sensor and score giver on it, it's much more reliable.

Just put a motion sensor on the side of the bounce pad, tweak it so that it only registers right above the bounce pad, then hook that up to a score giver.
