EDIT: Title should read "Controlinator works in Create mode, but not in Play mode." Whoopsies! I feel like I've been asking a lot of questions on here lately, lol Anyway, I have a controlinator the player mounts to control a simple menu. The player can use the D-pad or analog stick to move the selector up and down, and the X button to make a selection. The circle button ejects the player from the control seat. This set-up works like a charm in create mode, but not when I enter play mode. I walk over to the seat, mount it, and... nothing. I can't move the selector up or down, and I can't use the X button to click any options. I can use the circle button to eject, however. Anyone know what's up?

I've actually had this same problem. Would like to hear some kind of explanation as well.

it could just be because youre using the dpad... it seems to never work in controllinators. try the analog stick instead.

get a new controlinator out, and if that doesnt work, try the controlinator offline (sign out), other than that, thats all i got...

I think I know what the problem is actually. The camera is set to 'Disable Player Controls.' derp.
