Sack-bot waypoints

So ive been working on a level for some time. Started it in LBP1 just before LBP2 came out. Right now Im trying to set up some sack bots to walk around an area that has a snakeing path up and mountain. Started new clean level to test the logiv and even made a selector to go threw 5 labeled way points. Ive tested the set up on both a sackbot and a floating bock. Sack bot version useing AI instead of followers. it selects the waypoints like I want but when it comes to changing layers for the sackbot he will move back a layer when he reaches the second waypoint, but then moves out a split second later and goes back to where he started. mean while the floating block of cardboard is following the way points perfectly. Ive even gone so far as to try useing followers on the sackbot logic to force a layer change, but he keeps jumping back out to the front layer.
