Title : Village Coconut's Blue attacked by spiders (Intro)

So a little introduction: You just discover your moon to mine. In this intro (because it is one), you arrive on a three colors planet. A village will welcome you and you must climb a mountain to get to the cave spider! They attacked the village and kidnapped some of these people. Will you accept this terrible quest? Take time to search every corner of this level, some things are hidden ... This is a platform level!

Currently, the texts are only in French. I intend to make it quick update for you. I hope my honesty does not prevent you to come and play.

Stats : 105 time played, 25 <3, 56

Okay - I went through this level and I am very glad I chose to do so.

The artistic style of the entire place is really nice. It flows well as a solid world, but nothing feels redundant or overused. It was quite a unique look and feel - and all I can say is great job!

I did have an issue in one spot where the fireflies (which looked cool by the way) are and the guy is either fishing, bug catching or just watching them buzz about - I went down there to explore, but found I couldn't make it back up to the top ... I also couldn't dive into the blue gas to suicide spawn, so I ended up popping sackboy for the respawn.

The waterwheel area by the waterfall was another challenge, I couldn't figure out what to do - and the cloud creation seems timed oddly. I finally figured out if I just stood there holding R1 that I would get taken to the next spot.

FYI - you have a piston showing on the small spider at the end of that area before proceeding up the hill. I assume this was an oversight since you have all other mechanisms hidden.

What was the cut-scene to the second moon about at the end, I wasn't sure what the point was.

Now, I am not listing any of those as "cons" because there is one major factor. It is all in french. The first time I watched Pan's Labyrinth, it was without sub-titles. I could kind of tell what was going on and I knew I liked it, but I didn't really grasp what was being said. This was the same. I know you have a lot of talking throughout, and some of that may have alleviated my issues, I just couldn't understand what they were saying.

Anyway - would really appreciate if you could give a run through my F4F level - the details are in my sig. Thanks!

I must say I was very impressed with the color scheme in your level, everything was easy to see and looked good. I had a bit of trouble with the cloud part and by the spiders on the hill I got squished by the invisible wall to the right before you go under the waterfall, which was very nice btw. Also had some issues with the rope-bridge you had and the guy fishing, kinda confused about how to get back up from there. Like you said obviously the French thing was an issue but maybe a translated version soon. Other than that I'd like to see more of your stuff and hopefully you can check out my levels Wailing Caverns and Aztec Maze a d give me some feedback there. Great first level!2011-02-07 23:15:00

Thank you both for your test and your compliments that make me happy

For concern, thank you, I'll change the piston visible. Trying to change the invisible wall. For the fisherman, in fact it goes back through the tunnel by which you are staying. Normally this works easily!

For the chimney on the watermill ... It is a problem, many people are evil. It is as you say Jaydetiger, just stay below holding R1. I realize also that the fact that the level in either French or annoying for you and I apologize!

Again thank you, I put in my file your levels, I'll post your topics on Thursday or Friday ...

If other people want to test, do not hesitate!

- Can see dark matter block on first grave lift/firefly thing.
+ Secrets/bonuses.
- Gas death on waterfall (from peak)
- At water mill, couldn't figure out how to proceed, tried to re-read magic mouth, but when you press triangle, it reads the old magic mouth of "Black and Blue house."
+ Waterfall looked nice.
- The spawning time of the clouds timing seemed to be a bit random. Sometimes I would wait for ages for one to spawn. What is the trigger??
- Invisible walls. Never fun. Replace with natural hazard. (a rock, etc)
- Spider on ledge (top left of invisible wall) totally caught me off guard. The player needs to see what's ahead so they have time to react to it. Try moving the camera around a bit here.

Nice visuals, enough gameplay to keep it interesting.

I have this level queued now, and will play it and review it within 24 hours.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to access a computer that often, so I am only able to post reviews of your level on the Little Big Planet 2 game. Having said this, I will post a good review with honest opinions and suggestions.

Hope you don't mind, apologies for any inconvenience.

In return, could you please play and review my level in my signature.
When you review it, I don't mind if you post a review on this website or the game, but if you don't mind, I'd prefer the review to be in game, but either works.

Thanks, apologies once again for any inconvenience!

Much appreciated.
