I am currently working on the first installment in a series called 'MoonQuest'. It begins in what is only called 'The Academy'. We see a cutscene involving the Headmaster of the Academy meeting a 'visitor'. He tells the head it is time for him to 'fulfill his side of the bargain'. We then proceed to gad about the level, meeting several comrades which will become permanent fixtures (Ty, Emma and Leon). We also see that the head is going to send one lucky group out on their very first mission in the big, wide, unseen world. There is an obstacle-course-type-thingymajigabob halfway, which is really the sandwich of the level (the excuse being this is your 'lesson' for the day). At the end of it, your teacher, Mr Clark, claims the Headmaster wants to see you. You'll head up to his office to meet him, where he explains that you, Ty, Emma and Leon are all part of Team Nova, the team he has chosen to send out into the 'dark world outside'. The mission he gives you involves heading to a reactor to fix a simple leak of fuel. However, as is implied throughout the episode, there is more to this mission than first appears. And that's pretty much it! There'll be platforming, mainly, and varying elements of other genres. The central crux of the thing will be the story, since story-writing is sort of my main skill.
