How does "import collected objects from lbp1" work?

| Hey all, So believe it or not... I never 100%'d the pirates of the Caribbean kit and now I really want to go back and get the items. Problem: If I go on LBP1 to collect, would import collected objects give it to be in LBP2 without overwriting my profile? Or corrupting it and disabling pins? | Why play the PotC pack in LBP1 if you can play it in LBP2? It's an DLC, so it should work in LBP2. And, uh, I don't think that importing collected items from LBP1 corrupt your LBP2 profile, but I may be wrong here, so maybe make sure to wait for other answers. | I have done it... it works great!! HOWEVER... There is a gotcha... You also bring over community objects won in LBP as well as reload any old personal objects you might have deleted since. ...like I did it while helping someone get 100% on a few levels in LBP1 and when I went into LBP2, Oh goodie! I picked up a few new things! ...but I also got back all the junk I had deleted prior, old pics, community and personal objects etc that I had already deleted on my LBP2 profile. So my suggestion when revisiting LBP1.. prune that profile down!! ...then go grab your LBP1 missing goodies.  | 2011-02-05 14:37:00 Author: jwwphotos  Posts: 11383 |
