Little Big Store - Having Trouble

| I bought all the level packs last year, including a lot of costume packs and various other add-ons from the Little Big Store. I bought them all with my master account and I deleted that user account recently to solve problems I was having getting onto the playstation network. I made a new account since and re-downloaded all the content I had previously purchased but the only thing I can't re-download is the Metal Gear Solid Level Pack. It actually doesn't even appear on the store and I've tried it with the original LBP but I just found the same problem. Weirdly, on the account I use to actually play the game, the MGS pack DOES show up on the Little Big Store Menu and it has the badges on it to show I've completed it. It also has a price tag saying "?4.79" which means I can't just re-download it using that account. Has anyone else had a similar problem or can anyone give some suggestions?
