Does writting all your fears before an exam really help?

Has anyone tried this? I just tried this now and will only be able to tell if it works in a week or so when I get the results back. | 2011-02-03 21:06:00 Author: blizzard_cool Posts: 752 |
I prefer to write all the stuff that goes on the test down... Works 90% of the time. (the other 10% I got lucky) | 2011-02-03 21:10:00 Author: gdn001 Posts: 5891 |
I haven't really had any fears, just take it easy and don't fret. | 2011-02-04 20:42:00 Author: kirbyman62 Posts: 1893 |
People say it does, but personally having a personal record of my anxieties doesn't give me any peace of mind at all. :/ I depends who you are I guess. | 2011-02-04 20:44:00 Author: PygmyOwl Posts: 1316 |
Wait, just general fears? Because I don't see the connection between a fear of flying and a math exam. I would think studying for the test is much better than any "quick and easy" methods you might find. Study what's on the test, try to muscle out the fear of even taking the test, and think positive throughout. | 2011-02-04 20:59:00 Author: KoingWolf Posts: 386 |

No, but it helps remind me what freaks me the hell out. [/Out of school] | 2011-02-04 23:35:00 Author: Unknown User |
