Sackbot timing issues!!! Please help!!

Hello,
I am creating a level, and I have decided to use a sackbot and take advantage of the 'ACT' feature for a sackbot. I can make the recording and the sackbot does exactly as i wish but i can't make him stop! I have him attached to a battery on a game play sequencer but he automatically starts to act when i take the game off pause. I have tried attaching him to a player sensor and a button but none of these work. I have attached the switches to his circuit board and for some reason it doesnt stop him!!! Getting really frustrated. I have exausted all my options i dont know if this is a glitch but I cant find a solution to this problem. I can see when the power is supposed to be going through to the sacbot but by this point his is already going through the motions i set for him. Any ideas where i am going wrong?

Make a new memory chip and put it on his circuit board. Put the ACT you want there. Make his default memory chip, not the ACTING, but an idle attribute.

Now, wire up that second memory chip (behavior chip, or w/e it's called) to the sensors you want to use to set him into acting. You should be all set now.

Oh, and if you don't want him to loop, put the sensor to a sequencer and the battery on the sequencer. Make sure the end of the sequence is blank and now he will stop and go back to idle when he's done acting.
