Hi, how you doing? ;)

Just thought I'd say... hi.

Gotta admit, I'm soooo impressed by the genius of LBP2, and the inventiveness shown by the community. And I have a feeling that we ain't seen nothing yet!

And although I wanna join in with all this creating of "cool stuff", I'm finding the learning curve pretty steep. :o

But who knows? Hopefully reading through the posts on this board, some golden nuggets of knowledge might finally seep into my tiny sack brain.

I'm currently working on a very story driven level, but floundering on the intro movie...

Yeah, it's an army of tin soldiers marching off to fight against the rat king and his minions...

Ohh well, hopefully one day I'll figure out enough to get this finished.

Welcome to the madhouse!

I mean LBPC! Same thing really, well no but... *ahem*

Anyway, the picture shows a lot of promise. Hopefully you'll find that the learning curve isn't too bad and you can actually start doing really cool stuff early on. In a lot of cases good =/= complicated (:

Welcome to LBPC enjoy your stay!

If you have any LBP2 or LBP1 levels post them at level showcase (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?40-Level-Showcase). If you want to enter awesome contest in LBPC go to community contest (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?62-Community-Contests). Do you need any help with LBP2, then go to the LBP2 help section (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?126-LBP2-Help!), I suggest looking at this LBP2 FAQ (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=44764-LittleBigPlanet-2-Help-FAQ) before posting anything in the help section.I f you have any question please ask me or any of the mods (the guys with blue names lol)

Enjoy yourself and please read the rules!

Lol, thanks.

Ohh yeah, the sticker placement drives me crazy, looks fine from the front view, but when you get to see the sides or the back...

And I don't even wanna mention the problems I have with the movie cameras, was working fine for a time, then just stopped working. I have the sequencer linked to a battery to start it when the level starts, but I think pausing, unpausing and adjusting screwed it up. I did reset the sequencer and then pause and save, but still not working. Ohh well, guess I'll figure it out eventually. :o

It's weird, I always seem to try and create really ambitious stuff so I'm wondering, is it a good idea to publish beta versions and get feedback? Or just play and tweak a level until it's just about perfect and then publish? I'd really like to publish something, anything! But the creation time looks to be months, not hours or days, and I'm eager to to just get something up there.
