Can anyone tell me what 'brushed visuals' are/means. The-Questor left me some feedback on a level and mentioned them, I've also seen them mentioned on others levels. I'm not moaning about the feedback, it was all good, just not sure what they are. I'm working on a new level and don't want any on it, if you get me.

I have not playerd your level, nor have I read the feedback by questor, but I think he means visuals done with the brush

You don't want to make your visuals to obviously done with a brush. It can look a bit unpolished and is considered sort of unprofessional. Add more detail and corner edityness is what the Questor was getting at.

Yeah exactly what dizzy said, and if that doesn't make sense than think about it like this. When was the last time you saw a cave level and the cave was made of only squares from the brush and had no corner editing to make it look jagged and realitic. You probably haven't except for by new players. That's what we mean.

Right, thanks folks. In one breath though Quest was saying there was brushed visuals, in another the cornering was epic, so still a bit confused. Surely ya gonna get some straight edges! Please dont think I'm moaning or moaning about Quest,I have asked some of this in the reply to his feedback. Just want to make my levels look and be better. Have a go and see what you think. Thanks again.

There was only one part with brushed visuals, that's what I was getting at. For the most part, there was a TON of corner editing, sorry for any confusion.
