Does anyone have a microchip that can approximate the square root of an analog signal? If not I am thinking of making one that will give 1% accuracy by using sequencer with 100 batteries spaced out and tweaking the output of each battery to be the square root of the sequencer position * 100. (multiplying by 100 otherwise the results will only be in the 0 to 10 range). If someone already has a better solution for this though I would be grateful!
