I'm looking for the decoration used for Higginbothams eyes when he's infected, I'v looked everywhere I think it would be, but I can't find it. Does anybody know where it is?

You could just take it off Higginbotham. That's what I did. Just looked at story mode prizes... You get it from acing "The Cakeinator" in Victoria's Lab.

thank you, I wanted it for a costume I'm making, I was actually trying to ace that level, but I failed. I had no idea it came from there.
