Can't move my head. WHat the frag is going on?

| Okay, recently I've found that my Sackboy can't move it's head around. I try and tilt the controller, but his head won't move. However, when I switch to body movement, he moves his body just fine. I've also noticed that my player icon on levels and the scoreboard is just a black silhouette with a "?" in it. At first I just thought this was a minor annoyance, not being able to shake my head or show my icon on screen. HOWEVER, I just found out that this also hinders my swimming abilities. Under water and above water I always doggy pattle and it's very slow. Not only that, but I can't grab and drag things under water either? I grab them but can't move them, and I know their moveable. What the heck!? Has anyone else experienced this problem and how can I fix it? I tried turning my controller on and off and I tried using a different controller. So it's not the controller's fault. I think it might be my profile itself. | Is it a glitch, that many people (not I though) are experiencing. It has nothing to do with the R3... the tutorials have nothing to do with it.
