I have got every single prize bubble because i have watched walkthroughs for the level and theres nothing different i am doing... its annoying and its the same prize bubble as yours.. they have to do a patch because its happened to me on fowl play aswell. prize bubble two ?sn't collected when i finish the level.

Found it there is a button just before the moving pistons at the start of the level. Just watch from the start and you will see what I mean http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fvc_pY6_vhA
