Spawning at checkpoint without dying

I recently changed the control system in my level and the layout is now all wrong. I would still be able to maintain the current layout if I could get a player to spawn at a checkpoint without dying. For instance, if a player pressed a button, he would spawn at the checkpoint. Is that possible? Or is there any way to move a player from one place to another without just walking?

You could make a controlinator teleporter, I think. The question is a little vague, give a bit more of a scenario and I think I can help.2011-02-02 02:13:00

I think he didn't plan how his level would grow, and now he is stucked.
