can someone give me a tutorial on to create a pause menu? like when i press square for example it will appear.

I'm not sure if this will work, but if you are in a controllinator, and you build the "pause menu" in an isolated corner of the level, you can connect a movie camera that shows the "menu" to the square button, and set "track player" to no. Then, have another movie camera set "track player" to yes, and place it wherever you want. Finally, attach that camera to whatever button you want to "resume" the game. If you don't have a controllinator in your level, you could have certain places that you can pause the game by hooking up the cameras to a grab switch, instead. I'm not sure if you can have a "pause menu" any other way, though I may be wrong. I hope this helps, and good luck on your level.
