Ok, I know this is one of those after someone tell me I be like yep it was that easy. The question is with the score givers, I connected a player sensor to the magic mouth to the score giver set the score giver to 1 shot. that works and thats not the issue, the problem comes in the score giver keeps dishing out points as long as the player is there. What are you shooting exactly? There isn't enough to go on with this information, but if you weren't shooting players per se, (thats what is sounds like you're doing, lol) you can shoot an object with a tag that matches a tag sensor instead of a player sensor. You could also do this with a controllible sackbot that has a tag on it if you game does consist of throwing players. Whatever you choose to throw, make the sensor (player or tag) activate a counter set to 1 max, but 0 current. Attach the output of the counter to the to a timer set to count up. Make that time about .1 or .2 seconds long, and attach that timer's output to the score giver. Than attach the output of that same timer to reset both that timer and the counter. Now, to keep this process from repeating every nanosecond, you would attach that timer to another timer set to count up to 1 second or so, a period of time where the players have time to move around instead of just sitting there gathering points. You'd have to play around with that timer to make things reasonable, but you'd probably need an AND gate that requires that "cooldown" timer and the player or tag sensor in order to score again.
