I know there is a lot to read but I wanted to be detailed. Okay, so most of you probably have no clue who I am. I am generally quiet and just observe what's happening unless I see something worth commenting on. I was not very active in creating in the first Little Big Planet. I only made 4 levels (which I will not be promoting because frankly they were not very good) but since then I have worked on developing my skills and have (at least I think) improved 1000 fold. I have started on several projects which I hope to be releasing periodically throughout this year. As of right now there 3 different series of levels I am working on. Each of them will consist of 3 levels each and I am trying to work on all of them at the same time that way when I feel tired of working on one I have something else to go to which I hope will keep me on my toes and keep my creativity up. Okay now time to introduce each of the series I am working on and give a brief description of each level. (All titles are working titles and may change.) Yinko Syun Series While the name used in this series is the same as the name used in one of my old levels that is all that is similar. The name is the only thing even remotely associated with this series of levels. Part 1-Yinko Syun: The Legend Begins This series will revolve around a character who has yet to be named. He starts off wondering through an unknown desert with no memory as to how he got there. He continues walking for days until finally he sees a tower in the distance. He enters the tower and finds that there is no way to climb it. He begins the explore the main floor of the tower and soon finds that it has a basement. He explores in here also. Along the way he keeps hearing this voice talking to him. It gets clearer the farther into the basement he travels. He finally comes across what he believes is a ghost. It is instead Yinko Syun who explains to him that he has been trapped by his evil younger brother and requests assistance from you to free him so he can stop his brother. Making your way back outside you enter door opened by Yinko Syun which leads you into the dungeon beneath the sand... Part 2-Yinko Syun: Dungeon Depths After entering the dungeon you come across three prisoners. One of them begs you to free them and gives you instructions on how to do so. You continue on your way and eventually come across a series of control rooms. Each of these control rooms will have a puzzle that needs to be solved in order for you to proceed farther into the dungeon to the final room where Yinko Syun is being held. You finally reach Yinko Syun and...(This content has been removed to avoid spoilers)... Part 3-Yinko Syun: Final Ascent You make your way out of the dungeon and find yourself back at the tower. This time stairs to climb it are now present. You must make your way to the top of the tower to stop your foe from completing his goal of...(also removed to avoid spoilers)... At the top of the tower you will face your foe in one final battle. Future Series This series will be highly inspired by Ratchet and Clank which is my favorite game series right along with LBP. So far the story has not been developed to the point that it is worth sharing as I have only been working on the mechanics that will power each of the levels. If you have played Ratchet and Clank you will have a basic understanding of the main idea behind it. My levels will not be as pun heavy however and will focus on cool (well I think they are cool) gadgets and such. Puzzles and platforming will be the main focus of each of the three levels. Jealousy Series Now before anyone grumbles about what this level series sounds like it is going to be it is not that (unless you are thinking of what it actually is in which case sorry you don't like it). The reason this series is called Jealousy is because of what jealousy is sometimes called, a green-eyed monster. Now of course jealousy will play a role in the plot but it will not be one of those "High School OMG Heather and Rick XOXO Smooch Suicide" levels (no offence if you made those levels O_o). This series is also only in a development stage so story is somewhat lacking as of right now. The basic premise is you are the new guy in a town called Envy (ironic isn't it?) There you meet a not so attractive girl who clearly likes you. You also like her to a point but then school starts (hang in there i'm almost past the part that makes this seem blah) and the popular blonde (I like blonde) girl, Jeniffer, has her eye on you. You instantly fall for her and leave Pom hanging (I know still blah just about through it). You and Pom stay friends but Jeniffer (who everyone calls Jay) doesn't like it. You begin to forget things that happen when you are around her. Pom tells you that there is something different about Jay (Jeniffer) and that you should stay away from her. You don't listen but your memory gets worse so you decide to break up with her. Little do you know she has a secret. After making a scene at school, Jay (Jeniffer), disappears for a few days and you stop forgetting things. Then she comes back and acts like nothing happened and completely ignores you. Everything goes black. You wake up in a cave and Jay (Jeniffer) is there. You try to leave but as you go for the exit Jay (Jeniffer) changes into the Green-Eyed Monster. In this state she can control you and she begins to play tricks on you, locking you inside your own mind. Meanwhile, Pom notices that you are both missing and knows what has happened. You have to make you way out of you own mind which is filled with images of Jay (Jeniffer) and they will do what ever it takes to keep you there. You finally escape but you are no match for Jay (Jeniffer). When all hope seems lost Pom (wow she looks different) saves you. All is not done yet though. Jay (Jeniffer) has transformed again and continues to mess with your mind. You have to keep her from making you fall in love with her while helping Pom take her down for good. Wow I had way more story than I thought. A little background on the names in case they don't make sense. Jay's (Jennifer) full name is Jennifer ?Jay? Louse. Jay Louse is an anagram for jealousy. Pom's full name is Pom Ericson. This is and anagram for compersion which is the opposite of jealousy. Also a lot of the boring stuff will be cut-scene cause I personally wouldn't want to play that part. Well I hope you enjoyed reading these descriptions. I look forward to finishing all these projects. I have 9 other projects that are in even earlier stages but those ones are likely not going to happen soon and I have already said a lot here. I hope everything made sense, it's 4:30 in the morning as I am typing this so things may be a little confusing. I will try to add some pictures of characters and scenery in the next few days if I get around to it. All feedback will be appreciated greatly.
