Hey guys! Just wanted to vent a little (Feel free to delete this if you want Any-ho I bought Littlebigplanet day it came out (UK) and was loving it!! Wooo!! But then my PS3 broke, blu-ray lens not reading disks any more so I am now waiting for Sony to send out a new one... Just thought I would fish for sympathy because after telling friends / work friends all I get is funny looks when I tell them I am going mental not being able to play LBP.

I'm just so suprised that getting it replaced was as painless. Its a 60gb I've had since launch so I thought I would have do some compaining to get it fixed

I'm just so suprised that getting it replaced was as painless. Its a 60gb I've had since launch so I thought I would have do some compaining to get it fixed I just hope you get the same model back... Not saying you won't, but I'm in the same boat and I'd be horrified at the prospect of losing arguably the best SKU (60GB) out there. Either way, you have my sympathy. I use my PS3 for so much more than gaming. I'd be lost without it. Here's to a speedy return.

Just to keep people updated, I got my 'new' 60gb Playstation today Going to be on LBP quite a bit over the next few days, already started my first level. I doubt it will be anything special just a exercise in building. Thanks to everyone who took the bait (you made me smile)

Tell me you didn't have LBP in when it broke. It takes like 3 days to get a new PS3, but if the disc is still it, it takes 28 days for them to return it. My PS3 broke (had it since launch night) about 3 weeks ago, and i still haven't got my game back.

How did you get the 60 gigger? I already had a 60gb (had it since launch) so Sony just replaced it. Took a bit longer because not many 60gb-ers about but it was worth the wait Have far too many PS1 / 2 games I don't want to get rid of.
