There is a hat called geometry boy, however if you wear it as well as the disco skin and shirt it is obviously a disco item. Why did they call it geometry boy?

It becomes a whole costume once you get all the items (disco skin + geometry boy items), so I assume it's just that they forgot to rename the skin.
