Hi guys, this is my first ever level, spent about 4 days on it. Never owned the original LBP. Would just really appreciate it if you guys could check it out. its currently unfinished but there's quite a significant amount of content there. You will see where the level becomes incomplete, I would just love some inspiration of you guys, maybe link me to some of your levels with a similar theme. I just want some ideas on firstly what should I change, and secondly what else should I include, I know theres alot of talented people on here, so hit me with some ideas PLEASE !! Finally it is quite jumpy in parts, even when making the level I jumped a few times Anyway ill attach some screenshots which will hopefully entice you into playing it, feel free to add it to your queue and rate Thanks guys and gals !! I just looked at the screenshots, as I have no access to my PS3 at the moment, but it looks AMAZING for a first ever level! Keep it up!

Thanks man, I really didnt want people to think I wasnt telling the truth about it being a first time level as I never owned the original. Outside of the game I am a bit OCD so when it comes to being creative, everything has to be perfect for me to be satisfied, but I also understand this is a game so I wont be able to make it perfect just have a good go at it instead !!

Without playing, I can say that the default sponge looks out of place. Try a more fancy version.

In Photo 3, that yellow sponge. cheers ill note the sponge, easy change of colour, I know its bad but in photo 12 there is like a small glimpse of a maroon colour, gothic type pattern sponge..... would that be better??

You could use a darker sponge, or you could sticker the sponge to make it look different. I'll try this level later and give it a go and get back to you with my thoughts. Will you try my bird hunting level? In my sig.

Yeah ill play it now, and let you know what I think in the forum post !!! also I should mention there are some frame rate issues in my level, they dont last very long, but they are they so be aware

Ooh! A first timer! I recently released my first actual attempt at making a level, so I know how hard t can be to start a project in a game this big! I'll be sure to check it out when I get to my ps3!

Hey. Well let me start out saying that it is very obvious this is your first time making a level. And I know that sounds harsh but really for a first attempt, it's not that bad. What really gives it off though is the fact that you start out by the wall. You know the wall that's the boundary in create mode. It is extremely rare for any creator to do this because normally (like in this case here) The wall/ground does not fit into their theme/level in general. You had a pretty good theme going on for being a first time creator, but the whole fact that you can see that big ol' wall there really jars you out of the experience. I know it'd be difficult to change now, but just keep that in time for the next time you make a level, alright?

I have changed it ALOT since....... alot more detail and I think its much much better than the original, I thought I would simply be able to update the level, but it seems I have to re-publish it again, this means I will lose all my views, plays and hearts ect???? I really want to show you where I have taken the level since first created !!!!
