Sequencer logic

So my main idea is to create a Cutscene level using the sequencer. What i've done is create a scene with different camera's that are in 1 sequencer, i then placed this sequencer into another sequencer. But i'm having trouble to get information out of this sequencer in a sequencer.

For example: I've put a Toggle switch in de first sequencer, when the sequencer is played, the Toggle switch is activated but it doesn't active the object outside of the other sequencer...

Movie cameras don't actually require a sequencer, as a movie camera has an output, that triggers as soon as the movie camera's set time period has finished.
Thus you can control the sequence of your cutscene by linking camera 1 -> camera 2 etc. Then anything which needs triggering between cameras links to the output of the previous cam.

Yeah i thought i could link the camera's but if there in a Sequencer apparently you can't link them...

The reason i'm using a Sequencer with the movie camera's in them is because for some reason if i don't use a Sequencer, as soon as i go to Play mode, the camera just stays at the bottom of the level :S

the reason it stays at the bottom of the level is that in cutscene type levels the player never actually spawns, and so you need to start off your camera sequence by linking a battery into the first camera2011-01-30 20:25:00
