Allow me to link images.

Archive: 4 posts

I have an image in my sig that I want linked to my LBP.me profile. But for some reason instead of linking there it just shows the image viewer. Can you turn the image viewer off if you have wrapped [URL] around them?2011-01-30 19:04:00

Allow me to help you my friend.

The rule of linking an image to a URL is this.

"Use THIS IMGLINKtag to put images with a link in your forum.
This allows: [*url=link*][*imglink*]urltotheimage[*/imglink*][*/url*] ...to work again without The Image Resizer to broke the link."

LBP.me link goes ^^ there. The image's URL goes where it says "URLtotheimage", and then there you have it!

I added a * in the BBCcodes so it'll show the exact text I wrote.
Please do not include the * when attempting to use the IMGLink BBCcode.

Thanks, and allow me to help you my friend.

To stop BBCode from parsing, wrap the [RAWCODE] tag around it.

Wow that's complicated I got the same problem myself, I'll have to try and see if I can understand this and fix this problem myself though it would be best if the image viewer be turned off, people can see the pics in the sig anyway, no one needs to click them to see them up closer in my opinion. This just makes things overly complicated but I'll just have to give this a try for now.
I really do hope the image viewer can be turned off in the future, like I said I really don't think it's necessary.

EDIT: Thanks I got this sorted now, it was easier than I thought it looked, it looks so complicated but it was quite easily done so thanks for someone asking the questioning and thanks to someone answering it, I got my picture link sorted out now
