When I first started playing lbp2, I tried to import my lbp data and discovered all my levels and items were corrupt. This wasn't really a problem since that information was still stored on lbp and I didn't have any intention of finishing my lbp levels on lbp2. I left my corrupt levels alone and deleted all my objects. I proceeded to play through most the story and the tutorials to get the objects, materials, stickers, etc. After spending some time in create mode I found out that all the objects I attempted to capture and most the levels I made inevitably became corrupt. Not a big deal since I have an alternate account sign-in to capture my objects for me and so far I have had no need to store an entire level yet. So first off does anybody know of any fix for such massive corruption? The only thing I can think of is to delete all my corrupt levels. I'll try anything to fix the problem but if all else fails, I want to wipe this character clean while keeping the lbp2 objects I care about on the alternate account. My dilemma is this: Is there any way to wipe lbp1 stored data without erasing all my progress in story mode in lbp2? (and consequently all my objects, stickers, materials, etc) Also, in the worst case scenario that I erase all my lbp 2 data, do I get to transfer the DLCs I purchased from lbp1 without importing my lbp1 profile? Anyway, if you were kind enough to read through all that and have answers to my questions or suggestions for how to fix my problem please let me know, thanks.

I don't know much about this, but I would think deleting all your corrupt items would help. If the problem persists or you want to keep a certain object then I think you would have to tell Mm about this.

By the sound of it, even new objects u save in lbp2 are becoming corrupt, thus the problem is likely with the entire profile, or the ps3 as a whole. Is LBP(2) the only game where you're getting corruption?) If you do have to delete your LBP (and/or LBP2) profiles, all your DLC will be preserved, and at worst, you'll just need to go to your psn purchases list and re-download them. (The DLC license is linked to your PSN account, not the LBP profile. So as long as you ensure the use the same psn account that you originally downloaded it with, you won't have to worry about buying it again)

I deleted all my corrupted stuff and so far nothing has corrupted again. Thanks for the info about the DLCs.
