Is it possible to make an object rotate and move by putting a mover and rotater in the sequencer and if so, how?

Actually, not like the way you are saying, no. Put a battery in the sequencer for as long as you would like the object to turn. Hook that battery output up to your mover/rotator. Bam, it shall rotate and move in sequence.
