Ive made the basic menu for my game, and the menus that's i'll using throughout the game, BUT can anyone tell me once Its selected I can make it emit things, move things, etc....

The best option is to have different options in the menu correspond to an output from a selector. The same selector can also turn on hologram or something to highlight the menu option. then just hook up an AND gate so that when say, option 3 of the selector is on and the player presses X, y action happens.
