I'd probably go, best to worst:

Eve's Asylum
The Factory of a Better Tomorrow
Victoria's Bakery
The Cosmos
DaVinci's Workshop
Avalonia

I've got to admit, Avalonia really didn't stand out. Every other world was great though.

I'd have to say
Davinci's Workshop - loved the music and the grapple hook platforming
Victoria's Bakery - It just looks delicious!
The Cosmos - Challenging and looked very cool
Factory of a Better Tomorrow - cool scenery and music
Eve's Asylum - only the firefly level really
Avalonia - Just really didn't do it for me

for me
1.Victoria
2.Eve
3.Herbert
4.Larry
5.Clive
6.Avalon

funny how everyone ive spoken to was disappointed by avalon, i suppose its because he was kept quite secret until close to the release, and i for one thought he was going to be a much bigger character, especially after the intro level.

I am not finished yet, but I have high hopes at The Cosmos (I am at "Casa Del Higginbotham", by Eve right now)

But for now it's;

DaVinci's Hideout
Eve's Asylum
The Factory of a Better Tomorrow
Victorias and Avalons.

The last two worlds sucked. I really hated the second last level off Victoria and Avalon's "Sackbot Redemption".

Best to Worst...

Victoria's Laboratory - Beautiful designs and innovative gameplay.
The Cosmos - Epic bosses and nice challenge.
Eve's Asylum - A mixed bag. Some of the game's best and some of it's worst...
The Factory of a Better Tomorrow - Clive rocks and the platforming is sweeeet.
Avalonia - The first and last levels are some of the best in the game. The other two are... meh.
Da Vinci's Workshop - The first two levels are tutorials and the other two are repetitive...

LOL everybody hates Avalonia.

1. Victoria's Laboratory (very tim-burton esque, I also love the music)
2. Eve's Asylum (pretty!)
3. DaVinci's workshop (I liked the steampunk/wooden machinery theme going on, the visuals were nice, and I really liked the music here too)
4. The Cosmos (I've got nothing against this one, I just like the others better)
5. The Factory of a Better Tomorrow (kind of depressing...)
6. Avalonia (bland visuals and sorta boring gameplay)

How does everyone hate Avalonia? Every level had a new gameplay mechanic.

1. DaVinci
2. Avalon
3. Victoria
4. Higginbotham
5. Clive
6. Eve

Based on Main Path levels only...

Victoria's Bakery - Each level in turn blew my mind, on the first playthrough.
DaVinci's Workshop - Compared to the Gardens of LBP1, we couldn't have asked for a better start to the game.
The Cosmos - Fast paced, beautiful levels.
Eve's Asylum - Would be higher, but I can't stand the Fireflys level.
Factory of a Better Tomorrow - Too empty for my liking. Not very fun either.
Avalonia - Short, easy, boring, linear and very, very empty.

1. Victoria- Nice Tim Burton style, awesome gameplay
2. Eve- Very relaxing, and really easy
3. Davinci- A nice start to the game, with clever mechanics
4.Clive- Although a bit repetitive, very fun to play through
5. Herbert- Liked the Cosmos, I just found it a bit tricky
6. Avalon- As with everyone else, Design was pretty bland, and no Player gameplay AT ALL!!

But, I love all the worlds. Those are just my favourite to Least favourite

Eve's Asylum - I'm not really sure why but I really like these levels, they had a really nice feel to them
DaVinci's hideout - I love the grappling hook, enough said I think
Victoria's Laboratory - Cake, cake everywhere OMNOMNOMNOMNOM
The Cosmos - These levels were really epic, a good end to the story
Factory of a better tomorrow - I kinda expected more from this theme, I don't really like rescuing sackbots
Avalonia - most of the levels were boring, although the last one and the boss were pretty nice

Victoria's Laboratory - I liked the combination of Cakes, Grabinators and battles.
Factory of a better tomorrow - I liked rescuing the Sackbots!
DaVinci's Hideout - Liked the music and the combination of Grapple Hook + Bounce Pads.
Eve's Asylum - The forest'y style with a mix of everything was pretty well done, loved the LBP cameos, too.
Avalonia - A bit strict with mainly using the Controlinator, but the animals were fun to control!
The Cosmos - Apart from the final boss, kind of like a 'C'mon, you're almost done, so hurry up!' part.

That's it

2-The Factory of a better Tomorrow: fun !

4-Avalonia: I like design and Avalon's creations !
5-Victoria's Laboratory: too pink for me.. x)
6-Eve's Asylum: really boring..

Sorry for Eve's fan !

1. Factory of a Better Tomorrow- Apeals to my want of industrial levels
2. Eve's Assylum- Very well-designed; only drawback is that fireflies level
3. Victoria's Lab- Two things; victorian arcitecture, and CAKE!
4. Cosmos- Frustrating to ace, but a space theme was a good adition
5. Davinci's Hideout- meh
6. Avalonia- Very bland, no platforming, gobotron

1. Victoria's Lab - Awesome music, and it looked like something Tim Burton would do.
2. Eve's Asylum - Some of the best gameplay of the game. And it's pretty, too.
3. The Facory of a Better Tomorrow - I really like this one's atmosphere.
4. The Cosmos - Diggin' the post-apocalyptic feel.
5. Da Vinci's Hideout - Awesome start to the game, though not my favorite of the worlds.
6. Avalonia - Meh, a little bland for my taste.

Pretty much a tie for third between TFoaBT and The Cosmos.

Eve's Asylum - Loved the natural looks to the levels, plus Higginbotham talks about eyes for pies. Has Clive too.
The Factory of a Better Tomorrow - Adored the Sackbots, plus Clive is awesome. Found the levels really fun too.
Victoria's Laboratory - Cakes! Cookies! And the music was rather catchy.
Da Vinci's Hideout - Great opening world for the game, and a few levels in it are great such as Tower Of Whoop!
Avalonia - Wasn't a lot of stuff besides Controlinators, but "Flying In The Face Of Danger" and "On Burrowed Time" were awesome enough to make me still love it.
Cosmos - It has some fun minigames, but there wasn't really anything that appealed to me besides "Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Negativitron".

think I saw this thread before...

but anyway:

1. Victorias Laboratory- Beautiful atmosphere, fun gameplay
2. Eves Asylum- Nice music, relaxing, and for the world before last surprisingly very easy!
3. Factory of a Better Tomorrow- pretty fun to play through, didn't like bang for buck pt. 1 tho :/
4. Da Vincis hideout- A cool intro to the game, with easy and entertaining gameplay
5. The Cosmos- I found it quite tricky, and didn't really like the style, but some of the mini games were alright
6. Avalonia- Lack of sackboy, NO CO OP ZONES! A little repetitive and easy to beat

2. Eve's Asylum
3. The Cosmos
4.Victoria's Laboratory
5. Factory of a Better Tomorrow
6. Avalonia

Best - Worst
Avalonia - I liked the designs of the levels they were very futuristic and I also liked the controlinated creatures in it as well, since I like sci-fi stuff this was definitely my main favourite
The Cosmos - Yet again I like the space type theme because of my sci-fi interest despite the fact I really hated the final boss
Eve's Asylum - I didn't partiuclarly like the gameplay or story much here, I did like shooting the water thing to make things extend it was also quite beautiful as well
Da Vinci's Hideout - Hmm...not so keen is was rather basic and easy with it being the stat of the story
Victoria's Laboratory - The cake bits were all right but, hmm...just makes you feel hungry with all that cake
Factory of a better tomorrow - Didn't like this area at all, the sackbots were all fun but I really hated the gameplay here and found this one of the most difficult sections of story mode, I was really happy to have completed this area

1. Victoria's Labratory (The one level in the gardens is my favorite, and the race level. Actually I like pretty much all the levels here)
2. Eve's Asylum (visuals, I haven't completed it all the way yet though)
3. Factory of a Better Tomorrow (Liked the variation of gameplay)
4. Da Vinci's Hideout (It's the first section of the game, which would make it memorable. That's it though)
5. The Cosmos
6. Avalonia (Just kind of bland with all of the vehicles)

I haven't played any of the Cosmos levels yet, I like to go slow through story mode. It would probably be #5 based on what I've seen & heard. (and played from the beta)

1: The Cosmos - Really challenging, but not impossible.
2: Avalonia - I guess I like vehicles and Hi-Tech stuff, plus the int music is cool!
3: Eve's Asylum - Relaxing levels, I like the nature.
4: Factory of a Better Tomorrow - Walking around with an horde of sackbots following is funny!
5: Victoria's Lab - The theme is interesting.
6: Da Vinci's Workshop - The one I like less, because they're extremely easy. (at least the levels are nice to ace!)

1. Victorias Labrotory - It was cute with all the steampunk/pastry decerations plus "parachox" is possibly the best pun ever.
2. Factory of a Better Tommorow- I liked the sackbot machanics and Clive, the reason its not first though is that darn Robo-chicken near had me pulling my hair out...
3. Larry Da Vincis Hideout- I loved the music (especially the funky beethovens fith and Als Spach Zarether or however you spell that <.<) and the tower of whoop was fun.
4. Eves Asylum- Very intersting visually, but I found the final boss unsuaslly difficult and that sapped some of the enjoyment out...
5. Avalonia- I liked the looks of these levels and I like Avalon but I wish they had done a little more platforming. I like the controllinater but I wanted some more variety.
6. Cosmos- the first and Last levels were great but the middle....meh at best. Like someone else has already said it feels like filler that is meant to rush you towards the boss fight.

1. Victoria's Laboratory - Great visuals, awesome gameplay mechanics, and wonderful music. 10/10
2. The Factory of a Better Tomorrow - Best atmosphere and visuals, good platforming, and Clive is the best creator curator. Saving sackbots got a bit boring though. 9/10
3. The Cosmos - Good visuals and clever, challenging gameplay. 7/10
4. Da Vinci's Hideout - Waaaaay better start than the Gardens in LBP1. It has my favorite music and good platforming for the most basic world. 7/10
5. Eve's Asylum - the only level I really liked was "Fireflies When Your Having Fun", but it is a pain to ace. Good visuals though. 5/10
6. Avalonia - Nothing I liked except for first level and Int. Music. Very boring otherwise, I liked the old Avalonia better. 1/10

1: The Factory of a Better Tomorrow (I loved the moody industrialized atmosphere and pretty much all of the music that was used for that place, and those puzzles that required you to use those sackbots in some specific way were pretty nicely done. The boss of the level was so very easy to ace, though collecting all those prize bubbles proved to be challenging.)
2: Victoria's Factory (The sweet atmosphere and interactive music of this world made it seem to me like a nice surreal world that would be like heaven to Hansel and Gretel. The platforming here was pretty great as well, with a nice introduction to the grabinators, and I really liked that cakeinator, which was a creatinator that shot out cakes that stuck themselves onto objects.)
3: The Cosmos (A nice way to finish up the story mode, with the various members of the Alliance realizing their own faults and coming to terms with themselves and eachother in order to finally be able to defeat the Negativitron. The music and atmosphere were likewise pretty great. Although the levels themselves may seem quite challenging at times, it takes a combination of timing, patience, platforming common sense, and a realization of your own strengths and weaknesses to be able to ace them without going through much frustration, especially on levels like Full Metal Rabbit.)
4: Eve's Asylum (A very nice, peaceful atmosphere and interactive music masks just how challenging this world can be. Unlike many of you, I actually liked that level with the fireflies, since it made usage of an often-overlooked gameplay gimmick: namely the usage of light to illuminate the path. I haven't seen a story level like that since I played that one level in the Wedding world from LBP1.)
5: Da Vinci's Hideout (A nice way to introduce the player to the controls, with nice atmosphere and music to boot. However, the gameplay now seems too easy for me. Even the boss was easy to ace.)
6: Avalonia (The atmosphere and music weren't all that interesting for me, and I did find the gameplay to be too centered on using the controlinators. However, despite this being at the bottom of my list, I did particularly enjoy flying around on the Bee 2.0, both when helping the sackbots reach safety, and in the shoot-em-up stages, including the boss stage.)

For me, the list is:

1. The Factory of a Better Tomorrow
2. Victoria's Bakery
3. Da Vinci's Workshop
4. The Cosmos
5. Avalonia
6. Eve's Asylum

The Factory was just so awesome! The style was amazing, just like in the Bakery. Eve's Asylum pretty much disappointed me. I hate Fireflies when you're having fun.

Here are mine, in order:
1. Victoria's Lab (I loved the combination of steampunk and cake, and it was a completely new and awesome concept. Da Vinci and Victoria's conversations were hilarious.)
2. The Cosmos (First level was masterfully done; I loved the arcade and how high-tech everything was. The rest of the levels were very suspenseful and challenging, culminating in an epic boss fight.)
3. Avalonia (I don't understand all the hate this one gets, I thought it was original and clever. The boss was pretty epic as well.)
4. Da Vinci's Hideout (Nicely done for an introductory world, and I really liked the visuals.)
5. Factory of a Better Tomorrow (Interesting concept, but it got kind of repetitive after a while. The Sackbots were cute, though.)
6. Eve's Asylum (Dunno why, I just didn't like this one. It seemed kind of unnecessary, its only real connection to the plot was Dr. Higginbotham, and the last level creeped me out.)
