I can't connect with players!

| Today, I got a message from LittleBigPlanet 2 that said my connection type makes it hard to connect with players and stuff like that. This is the first time I got that message and it was working fine yesterday. I've also been disconnected from the PSN today a lot too. Can someone help me or tell me what to do?
