| Hmm.. have you tried the negativitron world levels? Im absolutely positive theyre in that area, but if you cant find theem there, try the Avalonia levels, and then if no such luck is found there, try Eves's Asylum. Im sorry I cant provide exact information, but I had just collected 95% of the bubbles in those areas, and I just recently got those decorations, so Im giving you the most accurate information I can at the moment.
