Where is the 46th prize bubble in Gripple Grapple?

| Ok. I'v gone through this level about 17 times now.... I'v aced it, gotten every bubble BUT one, and I can't find it. I got all the bubbles from the race, I got all 6 that you have to slingshot your sackboy to get, and the three further down which require the same thing. But I cannot find the last one...
