I would like to know if there is anyway to get a sack bot to be able to walk on walls. Like if I wanted to make a RTS and needed sackbots to stand on a wall for a top down perspective view. The same look if I were to put a sackbot on a controlinator but still being able to move.

Nope this is not possible What you can do, is to put the Sackbot in a top-down DCS and add a Mover with sufficiently slow speed to make it look like the Sackbot is actually "walking" along the surface of the backwall. People did this quite a few times during the beta, and the result, though not perfect, does creates an illusion close to that which you are striving to achieve
