I am not sure if anyone has done this before, but here is a small experiment that I made that will make you go: I WANT TO USE THIS IN A GAME!!!. Use bakscratch' 3D tools to create a block of halo stretching 50 layers into the background. Stick a chip on the front. Now add a Battery to it and hook it up to an In/Out Mover, set to 'move to front'. Then use R2 to make it go all the way into the background until its depth is only 1 block. Now, unpause and behold. This will only work at one speed that you cannot influence, one direction (towards you) and cannot be paused in mid flight. A nice addition would be the block to disappear once it reaches the front row with a Tag Sensor and a Destroyer. Of course now the circuit board is way in the back and out of focus; to use it, drop an object with an opened circuit board in front of it and the circuit board far in the back will come back to the front overlapping the other board. If this inspires anyone, go ahead and make something cool with it.
