The Cosmos is where the Negativitron planet is. The Cosmos' creator is Dr. Higginbotham. Does that mean Higginbothom was behind this whole thing, since he essentially created the Negativitron and it's home planet?

He does seem like he might the type to come up with an extremely overly-convoluted plan just to teach simple life lessons, but I'm not buying it. Besides, the Negativitron was also in every other level set, so it might not mean anything.

Nah I don't think so. The cosmos is just outer space so I don't think higg made it. It just so happens that he stars in it :3 at least that's what I think........

Well, Higginbotham fixes the spaceship used to get there. He creates the opportunity to go there. And I don't think it is 'The planet which The Negativitron lives on.' I think many of the final levels take place ON THE NEGATIVITRON.

i noticed that and though some story around it. The virus in his head makkng him loose his mind would have been there first, and it'd make him create the negativitron unconsciously. Then he gets caught by eve and story goes on lolol. "the bad was there, swirling playing before the bad of today came and started cleaning craftworld like a vaccuum, man." would say higginbottam, I guess. This or even less sense.

No offense but I think you're being paranoid. In LBP1 the Collector came and stole creations all over the world, from savannah to temple theme. So does that mean that the original creators were working with collector? NO! This is a good point out, but it's not like MM thought it that way.
