I have noticed, that in some levels, at the end, there is a score sensor that controls an electronic display. Once the electronic display reaches a certain value, it drops a prize. Is there a way that I can get this digital display for use in my levels? I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question.

They probably didn't do anything complex with those. They just made counters that increment when you get a sackbot, and for each one you got it made the right parts of the numbers light up.

There's two things you may be talking about here; it's unclear from your description. One is the sackbot sensor in certain levels; this is described by Daldrez above. The other is the prize givers in the score/survival challenge levels. These don't actually have a changing display, despite their looks; they have stickers showing a certain score value (you get the stickers in "Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Negativitron") and a simple score sensor, that when it senses you have a certain score drops the bubbles.
