yeah i have had fallout from day 1 on the ps3 and it is really glitchy and has alot more bugs than the 360 one. the only thing that seems to be better on the ps3 than the 360 is the graphics which are slightly better but not by much also the framerate is a bit choppy if the game hasnt completed the background install2008-11-14 21:11:00

i heard it was a bit glitchy and worse graphics than the 360 version because they first made it on PC and it is easier to transfer it to the 360 then the ps3 because they are both microsoft. also of course they are going to put more work into the 360 version because more consoles are owned (i'm not happy bout that though grr)2008-11-15 01:25:00

Considering it's a port from the PC, it's not half bad, but xbox's version is a bit better I'd say.2008-11-15 01:51:00

I just turned off the friend notifications, and that got rid of the endless pausing.

From there, it's seemed fine to me. There have been occasional voice mess-ups., but overall, it's been pretty glitch free for me.

Inexcusable if you ask me. You shouldn't have to disable notifications permanently for a game to function correctly. Instead of Bethesda working on a patch to fix the freezing caused by notifications, their recommendation was to simply turn them off. That shows how much time they're willing to pump into the PS3.

The PS3 is catching up very quickly with the 360 in numbers of consoles sold. These production companies slag off the PS3 now, but they'll be sorry when the PS3 has a larger share of the market than the 360 and they don't know how to utilize the cell architecture.

The days of sub-par ports should be over by now, two years after the PS3 launched. No more excuses, Bethesda/Valve/EA/etc.; time to get your act together and give PS3 owners the products they deserve.
