Make a material object dissolve when player is close to it with a certain score?

I'm working on a level where you can earn an extra prize if you have at least a certain number of points by the end of it, and I'm having problems. What I did was block the top, sides, and back around the prize with dark matter, leaving only the front open. I want to put a separate material block there that will only go away when the player approaches a target radius, and if the player has a certain score, but I can't figure out how to make anything besides Sackbots and enemies with brains dissolve. You could use the dissolve material to block the opening and put a microchip on it. Inside you need a player sensor and a score sensor. Customize them to your desired score and trigger radius, then put those outputs into an AND gate. Put the AND gate's output into the dissolve material doorway.
