That's actually really cool! Not something that I can see myself using in a level, but it looks like it would be a ton of fun just to mess around with! | 2011-01-26 17:01:00 Author: dr_murk Posts: 239 |
Couldn't you use an anti gravity instead of darkmatter? This trick+Sackbot with a boosted jump=series win. Iceman level anyone? | 2011-01-26 17:10:00 Author: Biv Posts: 734 |
That things is so cool, you should put it as a locked prize in a level, and have the level be a little mini obstacle course for it. Id play it for that thing! Also, you should put decorations on that, because when you do, the decorations appear on the creatinator youre wearing when you put it on. EDIT: This is what I mean. https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=44339-Creatinator-Costumization. | 2011-01-26 17:33:00 Author: ATMLVE Posts: 1177 |
WOW... could you make what sackboy is moving on invisible?!!!! or... has anyone got the silver surfer costume? | 2011-01-26 19:09:00 Author: GribbleGrunger Posts: 3910 |
Thanks for all the feedback guys  @Dr-murk- yeah I really just created it for the fun of it and I thought it was fun so yeah @Biv- yes it is possible but I was still in oldschool mode :hero: old school mode [ new school ] there we go! @ATMLIVE- yeah I am considering on giving it away to celebrate my 100 subscriber milestone on my YouTube channel @cliffbo- it is possible to make the surface invisible but it would be difficult to ride not knowing where they are  and yeah I can see a "silver surfer" reference was going to pop up Thanks for your feedback and ideas! | 2011-01-26 23:40:00 Author: AssassinatorRFC Posts: 715 |
lol nice one, i just thought id point one thing out - the glass was able to emit on top of one another because if you remember in LBP1 DM could be emitted onto itself and just merge, now in LBP2 anything with DM or LM glued to it can be emitted on top of anything else with DM/LM | 2011-01-27 00:03:00 Author: Skalio- Posts: 920 |
Very cool - I'm sure I can put it to use - thank you for sharing. | 2011-01-27 00:08:00 Author: CYMBOL Posts: 1230 |
@Skalio- Yeah I didn't really give that enough credit when I was describing it although it worked and I thought yesh! @CYMBOL- no problem as long as you credit me as the originator I am happy Thanks for commenting! :hero: | 2011-01-27 00:17:00 Author: AssassinatorRFC Posts: 715 |
wow I remember this! also this gave me an idea, I will put a microchip on the small block on ice then put a timer and a danger changer set it to fire. Now you got a ice/flame coaster | 2011-01-27 23:37:00 Author: Arnald23 Posts: 1843 |

Now you got a ice/flame coaster OH! you just gave me a great idea too! I could make the platforms had a timer and batteries controlling different colours so they change colours over time creating a facet effect | 2011-01-27 23:55:00 Author: AssassinatorRFC Posts: 715 |
Simple things are the best! What a cool idea!!! | 2011-01-28 10:40:00 Author: qetu Posts: 5 |
I may be releasing a level with it in or incorporating the idea. What do you think? Level or keep it for create mode? | 2011-01-29 00:58:00 Author: AssassinatorRFC Posts: 715 |
Level! Level! Maybe you could create the level, than have a prize hidden somewhere? But yea, awesome creation! I saw a video on YouTube from the beta, and I was really hoping you created this in the full game, and what do know? Thanks again! | 2011-01-29 01:19:00 Author: Super_Clone Posts: 849 |
[Update 30th January 2011] Hello again! I have just been doing some research into my Creatinator and I found a key component that makes the track so smooth in my "Object Showcase" video. The smoothness comes from dark matter that you attach to the parts that allows them to layer and create a smoother ride. Credit to Skalio- for making me wonder about why my LBP2 version wasnt working aswell as my BETA version  Also I have made a setup with neon so that it is possible to mimic the player colour and it looks brilliant with multiple players whizzing around | 2011-01-30 23:00:00 Author: AssassinatorRFC Posts: 715 |

OH! you just gave me a great idea too! I could make the platforms had a timer and batteries controlling different colours so they change colours over time creating a facet effect I've done that in one of my levels with holo, add several different colored lights to your glass panel, and a microchip with a randomizer on it. Hook the randomizer up to each light. For a fast, exciting mood to your lights, set the minimum and maximum on/off time to 0. Tinker with it, you could make something really cool. | 2011-02-21 05:47:00 Author: kvbkvb Posts: 63 |
