Hi guys! So, I am part way through the story for LBP, and decided to take a break from it because I'd hate to get through it to fast. I went to the community levels and noticed every level coming up is one of three things:: 1)Costumes//Items//Anything giveaway. 2)Music. 3)Movies. While I'm all fine people do these, I would absolutely love an actual platformer level to "play", not just stare at while stuff happens. So i'm wondering if you guys can suggest any actual levels! Preferably completed ones with some form of effort put into it. So feel free to fire away your own levels at me, or another persons you liked! Also, I don't give free good ratings and hearts. So I give honest reviews on what I think. Thanks in advance guys!

Theres quite a few, you must look a bit deeper than the first 3 or so games... White world 3 I think is one. Spice & Co. is another. Not my levels but very fun games to play.

By Odd names I mean Spice & Co. Esque. It has a very weird name and sounds very odd yet is an excelent showcase of story level esque platformoing. Yes I use the word esque alot.

Well most of the stuff is like "FREE MUSIC" "MOVIE" "FREE ITEMS" "fREE COSTUMES". I just want good ol' sackboy platforming xD Don't expect so many platforming levels so early in LBP2. There's plenty of LBP1 platformers that can be found in the Mm Picks section, but platformers take more time and thought than give away levels, or movie levels, and music levels (bashing myself here, but it all depends how much music you make. ;D). Just give it some time before good platformers start showing up.

Yeah, it's a bit early yet. Most of the LBP 1 creators locked down their LBP 1 levels. Making a good level takes time, especially since everyone is trying to get used to the new tools. You could check out my Badu Island level in my sig . My name is thebiv.

I think we need a stickied thread somewhere to suggest other peoples cool levels we've found. I was looking for somewhere to suggest this because it's so well made. This one looks exactly like a Da Vinci level and if you liked the grappling hook races like Tower of Whoop and some of the main Da Vinci levels when you activate the sticker gates then you'll love this. Don't knock me off the #1 spot though! (I'm kidding of course, I'll enjoy reclaiming the top spot) http://lbp.me/v/wyt5db

I totally zoned out too. I totally forgot the game JUST came out *Facepalm*. I guess I should get to work making some levels then. I really don't want to just beat the story because I want the "new and fantastic stuff" to stay new and fantastic.

Ah, platforming... Wait.. This is LBP2 right? /Runs out the Door, pinching, pinching: Ow! /Runs back inside, looks for LBP2: Found it... ? If I'm not mistaken, plenty of people are planning more than just Platforming, actual games. Not to mention all of the new genre's becoming out of the abyss of your mind. And, hey, if you want to play a nice platformer, that's fine. No offense intended, no offense taken I hope.

Well, one reason why there are going to be no platformers is that most people want to make other things like tower defenses, rpg's, recreated classics, etc. My first incling was to make my new level "Pixelated". It's okay now, but will be better after the update I'm working on.

Also, by all means replay his old lbp1 levels to get familiar with the pedigree of levels you can expect from him. He is most definitely a curator that should be on all players hearted lists.

I would suggest logging on to LBP.me, clicking one of the one-click search categories, then using the "Filter results by label" box on the left. I've found quite a few great levels that way.
