| They 'could' get the Star Wars license... if they were willing to pay for it. But the price compared to the returns will mean it will most likely never be economically viable. LucasArts and Disney get on fine actually, just look at the StarWars rides at the Disney parks and all the merchandise crossovers that generates (http://www.google.nl/images?hl=nl&q=disney%20star%20wars&um=1&ie=UTF-8&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&biw=1280&bih=649)... Only a few creators with any skill or dedication to spending the time have put out anything so far. JulesyJules is probably the best example for SW themed levels. Does that mean we could see a Lady and the Tramp level kit? Let's hope not Personally, I'd love to see a SW themed costume pack at the very least. A creator pack would be even better! Think of the great textures and materials in those films and how it would translate to our game. Tie Fighter solar panel material, Millenium Falcon hull plate or gunnel material, Death Star surface material. Lightsaber is the obvious one here, but it would be nice to finally get a decent gun hand-prop for a change in the game. We've got swords, knives, hammers, axes, and no guns. Sup with that anyways? Guns don't kill people... sackboys with guns kill people - is that the issue? As for costumes, all the regular characters mentioned would be great (and we could just forget about the last 3 movies and their lame characters altogether... except for Darth Maul), but I think what would be really wicked is a bounty hunter costume pack. I'd pay $10.00 for that kind of amazing! Personally, I think they could stand to make a lot of money off of a creator pack and several costume packs from the SW universe. Creator Pack - with music, props, materials, decorations, stickers Hero Pack - Han , Luke, Leia, Chewbacca, Yoda, Lando, C-3PO, R2 (though probably ridiculous looking) Villain Pack - Darth Vader, The Emperor, Stormtroopers (with removable pauldrons), Crimson Guard, Darth Maul, Bounty Hunter Pack - Greedo, Boba Fett, Bossk, Boushh, Dengar, IG-88, 4-LOM, Zukkuss Aliens Pack - Tusken Raider, Jawa, Hammerhead, Cantina Band member, other cantina creatures or memorable weirdy's. I'm betting a lot of people would buy this kind of pack if it was done right and had good materials, music, etc to offer creators. | Ok, I'm making one of these with community objects & costumes. Tell me want you want! If I can't find it in the community I'll do my best to build it myself! I'm struggling with Ackbar but I'll keep at it! For the showcase level (Like the Incredibles' one) who would you rather play as? Jedi/Sith Boba Fett I have made working sackbots for both. | Costumes will be given away, I may make two levels. Boba Fett hunting costumes and the Jedi looking for objects. That a good idea?
