Some of you may or may not know it but I'm creating a Final Fantasy RPG series. The link... in my sig. Lost in the Void I tell ya. Anyways, to accompany that, I feel that a compilation of Final Fantasy music is in order here. I am going to build it little by little over time, and maybe I'll publish it when I have a few songs from each game or so. So pretty much I'm gonna be in my musical realms for awhile, I don't expect anyone to pitch in as I already have things in control, but you maaay contribute a song to my humble collection... I'd wouldn't expect much soon. Takes a lot of time for a decent song, at least for me. But yeah, if you love Uematsu and all those musical folk then this will be a nice ride... ... and because I'm nice, I'll give it as a prize collection for those needing of music. And uh yeah I guess thats all to it.... hoping this'll sound out very nicely! EDIT: Oh yes, if you request a song for a project or so about FF, feel free to contact me, I'll see what I can do! FF9! It's my favourite of the series and has my favourite soundtrack of the series too. There isn't a single track on there that I don't love but Dark Messenger has to be my favourite. Shameful plug ahoy: Incidentally, I've started re-making FF7 music in LBP2 for this project (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=41433-Final-Fantasy-VII-Remake) (We need more creators, and specifically people good with logic!). I voted for all of them. I'd like to see these: FF5 - ahead on our way FF6 - "overture" and "aria de mezzo carattere" as my winamp playlist says, or the "opera" FF7 - battle or boss FF9 - freya's theme My favourite track on 9 I think is pandemonium.

To Zanarkand is perhaps one of the most memorable and beautiful songs composed for Final Fantasy, and one of Nobuo Uematsu's finest works. Not having it is like a sandwich with no filling!

This thread has actually influenced me to listen to more Final Fantasy music and I gotta say that most of the songs out there are amazing! You're going to have quite a difficult time choosing a number of selections!

Haha, yeah, there are countless songs out there, that's why I'm building it through time and taking requests, because I dunno what songs most people prefer! Creating the entire soundtrack of all Final Fantasy would take nearly FOREVER. So I'm going to stick to fan faves for the time being
