War Of The Worlds*

Archive: 3 posts

Well I just started on my first LBP 2 level , a few days ago , and now I'am now finished , and Im ready to share it with the community . It is called "War Of the Worlds". If you are familiar with the film , Aliens , in Giant Tripods start exterminating the humans , and everything in there path. The Level is short , however , but filled with intense action , great cinematics and innovative platforming.

You must travel through a city under attack. Incredibly detailed , great sount effects , Tot me the only problem , of course of it being just a lil to short. It is fully overheated however. Probably due to the cinematics. 8-)

I do hope you guys enjoy it, I will probably make a sequel , if it gets enough plays maybe.
If you find any errors ,(there might be a few) Please tell me right away , so I can straighten those out.

I had a go of this - the idea of shooting out footholds to scale buildings and bridge gaps is a pretty mad idea, which worked pretty well. The cinematics were gorgeous and I fully understand why the level overheated. Great job with this one! btw if you can look at my Music Gallery or The Mechman Saga levels, that'd be awesome. Thank you! 2011-01-25 22:50:00

Thanks , I wanted to create innovative gameplay , and after a while and I came across that foothold idea , and I liked and just fit it in my level , and went on from there. I get a bunch of people saying it was too "Hard" ,too "Easy" , didnt know where to go. Its just a mess right now xD2011-01-26 02:19:00
