Chalkboy Costume Cut?

| Sorry for the low quality of the image (as it was the best I could find) but here is some concept art from the December Issue of Qore which shows "Chalkboy" as I assume he would be called, and his emotions and faces changed apparently with chalk drawings. I haven't collected everything yet, but was this cut from the final game or not? Oddly enough, every other piece of artwork on this same sheet (cropped) did turn-up in the finale game as costumes. Paperboy is pretty awesome himself but I would have really liked to see this guy make it into the final version of the game as well.
