I am probably missing something rather basic but on the original LBP you could select a theme for your levels, such as garden or metropolis. I cant seem to find the option to do that on LBP2 and I am rubbish at backgrounds. Am I missing something simple or is it not there?

open up the popit, and go to tools. I believe it's in the last window possible (all the way to the right). If not that one it's the second to last window. If you still don't see it, It may be because you haven't watched the tutorials.
