Hey, all! I've recently built a Weather Machine that makes the entire level change from day to night, triggers thunderstorms randomly, and turns rain emitters/lightning bolt emitters on and off. You can change day length, lightning stroke frequency, storm length, and a bunch of other stuff. Community Objects are a bit squirrely in LBP2 (my font sets from LBP1 don't work anymore), so I don't know if my captured object will be as tweakable as I'd like. In any event, you can open the chips up, read the notes I left you, and rebuild your own machine to taste. Once you get the swing of the object I built, I think you could pretty easily add new weather patterns and other refinements. I was going to post a bunch of pics here, but I think interested folks can just grab the object and leave messages for me here. Hope this object helps some people. Tried it the other day, great job. I haven't gotten a chance to use it yet, but I've been pulling it apart and putting it back together like crazy. lol
