Where do i get this material? ive been searching and i can't seem to find where to get it.. do i have to ace the last level or something..?

It should be in the basic materials, at the top. Next to the ice if I recall correctly. If you do have to unlock it, it's somewhere in Da Vinci's levels since I haven't passed those yet and I have it. I don't think you have to unlock it though.

are you sure thats the vacuum holographic material that is see-through? How "see-through" Hologram is depends on what you set its brightness to. It glows; at 100% (or anywhere close to that, actually) it saturates the screen and you can't see anything behind it simply because it's too bright. At 0% it's completely invisible in Play mode (it's always slightly visible in Create so you don't lose track of a piece). You get it by going through the Create mode tutorials.

Tip: Black stickers seem to make holographs completely invisible.
