I love Victoria because she's such an Adorable Old Lady!!! Say all you want about how scary her eyes look but the voice Actress was so fabulous and...erm...squeaky? But I loved that part about her.

And I love Eve because well her levels are Beautiful, and the voice acting was superb also. don't you just <3 her accent?

I like Clive because of the whole 'Sad Sack' (pardon the pun) thing he has going on I find it funny. His misery makes me laugh for some reason.

Ahhh Davinci, his cute nicknames for Victoria are absolutely adorable. THEY are adorable he would've been at the top of my list if his head didn't look like an egg carton :I

Higgenbottom...LOL he is soo trippy! There's always that one person.

Higginbotham is #1. I tend to play as him often, and I put the swirlies back on his eyes. Davinci, my pineapple upside down cake. And i like the parts in his non voice acting speech where it sounds like he says " I said hey". Victoria, her voice is funny. Eve, she's just weird. Clive has funny facial expressions, but he's depressing. Avalon is last because I pretty much can't stand him.2011-01-23 18:01:00

The thing with their characters is, it seems to match, in my opinion, their, for a lack of a better term, stereotypical personalities. Da Vinci, the dramatic scholar, Victoria, the passionate old lady, Avalon, the egotistical star; Clive, the depressed Factory worker, Eve, the kinda-strange, yet awesome, nature-freak, Higginbotham, the imaginative genius, who, to the casual observer, seems to be a nutter. But yea, I think you get the point, I seem to love Eve the most, due to her care for nature; but yet, in a weird way, I don't have a favorite...2011-01-23 18:13:00

I love Eve, she's just really adorable, and I love her look and voice actress.

It's quite distressing when you see how upset she is when the Negativitron sets fire to her garden..
And the LBP1 characters cameo in her asylum! What more could you want! (Side-note: Did anyone else squeal in delight when they saw the 'Queen'? XD)

So yeah my order goes:

My favorite character is Crash Test Teddy from the tutorials. You get to do dastardly experiments to him and he still comes back another day




...Lol ok ok my favorite story character is definitely a tie between Avalon and Clive.

Avalon is just very amuzing and it makes me smile whenever he speaks (Trapped? I stayed here by my free will!)

I won't make a list but I really like Eve, her accent is just epic. I also really like the dialogue between Clive and Eve
Avalon is also epic.

I liked her voice actor, and she seemed like a very interesting character, but I just really wish they would have given some more backstory to her, because she seemed like the least-paid-attention-to out of all the Curators (probably because she had to share the spotlight with Higgenbotham). Her voice actor and levels were great, too. And you gotta give her props for that...explosive introduction.
2. Avalon
C'mon, those little feets are adorable.
3. Victoria
I loved her voice actor, and the bi-polarness made me lol. Her levels were my favorite, too.
4. Da Vinci
He's kind of creepy, but cute in a way. I liked his relationship with Victoria, plus his voice actor was really great.
5. Higgenbotham
Hmm...He may have been pretty nutty and weird, but I just don't feel very attached to his character. His bouts of nonsensical blabbering were really a hit-and-miss when it comes to humor.
6. Clive
He was my absolute favorite, until they changed his look and voice actor. Now I don't like him in the slightest. He's not even cute anymore, and I couldn't understand a word he was saying. But I gotta admit, I thought his conversations with Eve were pretty funny.		2011-01-23 21:25:00

-The man created Science...no, he is Science! His arrogance and voice won me over immediately upon meeting him.

-I loved the voice acting for her. The only thing I dont understand is why she has an eye-patch, I clearly missed something.

-The crazy, old man was quite enjoyable. I dont think I connected with him a lot in part due to the face that he enters the story so late.

1. Eve: Very interesting design, great character too. (I wish you could use individual peices of Curators for costumes, her small arms and legs would be good for some costumes)

2. Higinbotham: Is he not just awesome? Or maybe its because I seem to be the only one who did understand what he was saying? (Also, I wanna use his thin arms and hands for costumes too, but without the matchbox head...)

FYI: When I say "Music," I mean IntMusic.

1. Sackboy: He risks his life (actually, lives) to save craftworld. How can he not be awesome?
2. Victoria: I completely changed my mind about her. Even if she creeps me out a bit, her levels are my favorite by far and her music is my favorite!
3. THE NEGATIVITRON: What would the story be without him? Also love his deep voice.
T4. Clive: Awesome personality. 3rd favorite levels. 3rd favorite music.
T4: Higginbotham: Oh, Higginbotham. Humor is funny, 4th favorite levels, but he wasn't in the story much. 2nd favorite music, though!
5. Da Vinci: 2nd to last favorite levels. 4th favorite music (the tutorial music). 2nd to last favorite music (the actual IntMusic.)
6. Eve: Odd personality, but my 2nd favorite levels. 5th favorite music. Also didn't have much background story.

Since I can't really put an order to them, I'll just give my opinion on them.

Da Vinci; I find Da Vinci kinda bland myself. I dunno, maybe it's because I've seen so many sensible scholar smart guy stereotypes before. His obsession with Victoria is cute though.
Voctoria; I like her. I don't know whast it is about her, maybe it's the combination of homely motherly traits and eccentric inventor traits.
Clive; Probably my least favourite in terms of personality, all he has is his cowardice and pessimism, which I've seen a hundred times before. The little details about him that we see in Rooke Test is sweet though. I mean...kid Clive is ADORABLE!
Avalon; I'm not too fond of the braggart deal. Credit where it's due though, he can back up his words with some cutting edge science.
Eve; I like Eve too. She's a nature woman and a psychiatric nurse and has a snazzy accent and stuff.

I'm going to revise my previous list:
1. Clive
He's oddly adorable, and his hidden affection for Eve is quite funny. Also, he reminds me of me. Plus - He's a Calendar. Epic Win. End of Story.
2.Sack Thing
He's an amazing little hessian oddball. I love that no matter how many times things screw up for him, or the Alliance, he just keeps going. I know it'd be a short game otherwise, but still.
3.Da Vinci
He's the doddery old grandfather character we all know, a bit like the First Doctor, and his love for Victoria is just...lol.
4.Higginbotham
THE best matchbox anyone ever knew. Also, his tendency to spout random gibberish is just...quite me.
5.Eve
She's a bit of an odd character, but there's something rather nice about her.
6. Victoria
Again, sorry, Angelcake. I like her, but not that much. Weirdly, the beta audio test for her voice sounds like Karen Gillan.
7. Avalon

Yes, but you seem to forget that any addition or modification to a word ("ly", in this instance) makes an otherwise insipid word fun for everyone of all ages. I... 'oftenly'... alter a word here and there... irregardless... of sense-making.

I tend to adore egotistical jerkwads, my favorite superheroes are Namor, Iron Man and Guy Gardner (when he was a GL), so my absolute favorite is Avalon.

I also love the contrast between how he sees himself (the posters of him) and how he actually looks.

I also like mopey punny Clive, but O don't dig the "Soviet Communism is cool" vibe in his levels. (If it was so great it would still be around and nobody would have ever defected.)

6. Da Vinci - Since I already knew how to play LittleBigPlanet, I kind of resented him for being there to reteach everything to me. It's like I know that's his job, but I still felt like he was holding me back. lol.
5. Higginbotham - He was pretty dry. Probably the least memorable for me.
4. Victoria - She was okay. I don't remember her very much either because she really didn't seem to have anything to do with anybody except Da Vinci, and since her area was so early on, she was quickly forgotten.
3. Avalon - He was cool. Avalonia was my favorite area, and he had some really cool gizmos scattered throughout that I was pretty stoked to use multiple times.
2. Eve - Now, she had an amazing design. I loved it. Her costume and name also suited her very well. She was full of personality and was more about helping others before herself.

Negativitron was the best, because he was so evil without reason, this makes me laugh.
I think I just hate all the other characters in LBP2, so I'll make a hate list:

1- The less annoying one was Eve. She was the only normal character in LBP2!
2- Higginbotham was dry and boring, I could even sleep in your cutscenes. His cutscenes Don't make sense. I think.
3- The most useless character was Victoria, she don't make anything in the whole game until the last level.
4- I HATE Da vinci's voice!

It's interesting to read everyone's views on the different characters. I have to say that I love Clive's dialogue, particularly his random insights into his depressed little world. Eve on the other hand was the whole package for me, great design, mysterious story and good voice acting.

That being said I do have something of a fondness for Da Vinci and Victoria as a double act, I think their scenes are really well put together. I can genuinely say that I don't dislike any of the characters mind you. Together they did feel very much like disperate units coming together as a team that covered all bases, along with young sack of course.

Also, since someone mentioned the awesome Crash Test Teddy I must confess to having a soft spot for Elderflower and reveal my undying admiration for our Narrator!		2013-05-14 23:16:00

Not really, it is basically the same story as the LBP games bar LBP PSP (If I remember correctly). Bad guy steals you steal it back by collecting. You beat bad guy game over. Mind it is definately my favourite of the bad guys. I honestly was disappointed by the Vita villain mainly due to it's boss battle.

1. Clive Handforth!
A little, depressed notepad man doesn't seem like a big emotional thing... bit this is LittleBIGPlanet of course it is! Anyway, I can relate to him in many ways, as he puts stress on himself, builds things from 'the ground up' and I even have a bit of a Lancastrian accent!

2. Dr. Herbert Higginbotham
A strange, hippie, scientist who has a matchbox for a head was being infected by meanies! He seems boring at first, but then you realize he has some of the best (if weirdest is best to you) lines in the game!

3. The Sackperson
An 8-cm tall creature filled with stuffing and believe-it-or-not ice cream! He/ She is the one who met crazies but thought nothing rude of them. He/ She was the one who stood up to the Negativitron and said "Hey, why don't you explode into tiny bits!" He/ She al- ok, you get the point.

4. Larry Da Vinci
The man who taught you the basics of swinging, moving, jumping, etc. (if you didn't learn already in LBP1!) As he may be a bit slow-moving at times, he still has the mind capacity of... well... a smart man!

5. The "Stephen Fry" Narrator
The man who's been behind your back, guiding you along Creating since you first started. His voice is magnificent, and he has one good sense of humor.

6. Eve Silva Paragorica
A caring mental worker who has to deal with many crazies, and a possible reference to a Bible story, she has beautiful gardens with mystical plants. also giving homes to the previous Creator Curators who unfortunately faced the wrath of 'El Negativitron!'

7. The "El Negativitron" Negativitron
The main antagonist, he is really good at doing his job of ruining Craftworld's flow of ideas. He is also really good at spooking, scaring, and generally being evil. His evil laugh could use a bit more emphasis though.

8. Victoria Von Bathysphere
An old woman, like Da Vinci, has a mind capacity of a smart person; she has many infamous meanies taking over her complex sackbots, controlling them and turning them into more and more meanies! She also has a wonderful garden which unfortunately got destroyed, like her train, and her brainwave machine that turned into a horrid monster.

9. Avalon "Man of Science" Centrifuge
The most confident, show-offy Creator Curator there is. Although he can be humorous, he can also be a real pain in the posterior! He also created cool creatures for defeating meanies and the Negativitron, so technically, besides you, he was the one who put in the most effort to defeat the Negativitron		2014-09-08 23:25:00
