What are the animated skins in lbp2? is there only one? Sorry, i am just curious. Can you also tell me the animated materials? Thanks.

From what I know, there are several animated skins, like the Cordlass skin (was available since the Beta, so you could find pictures of this one), the Disco Sack skin (Sackboy glows in many different colors), the Sack-in-a-Clock skin (it looks like moving gears), and some more. So yes, there are multiple animated skins.
